ABOUT

A young man with short dark curly hair and fair skin, smiling and sitting with knees pulled up, wearing light blue jeans and white socks, shirtless, against a plain beige background.

Jackson is a Nashville-born-and-raised triple threat with an innate sense of comedy, physical animation, character work, and a love of always dancing through life. As a recent graduate with a BFA in Musical Theatre and a Dance Minor, Jackson longs to create and tell authentic stories with a driving force for change. He acts because it provides a way to not only connect with audiences through high-energy performances but ultimately allows them to see themselves as inherently human.

When not on stage, Jackson seeks to be a leader in his community, longing to teach. He sees teaching as a way to help any and all generations pursue their dreams by understanding how “theatre skills are life skills!” Jackson had the privilege of working alongside one of Music City's choreography icons, Kari Smith, during his four years at Lipscomb University. During his time with her, he not only served as Dance Captain for several shows but also led his department as an Assistant Choreographer and Assistant Director for their annual Dance Concert, Elevate: The Artist’s Journey. Jackson was also able to expand his horizons as he led New Hampshire’s Palace Theatre Summer Camps as an Educator and Choreographer for their Summer 2025 Season. His passion for this industry is undeniable, as he strives to be a well-rounded, skilled professional who leads through kindness, empathy, and resilience.

Some of Jackson’s favorite credits include Macavity in Cats (LU Department of Theatre), Karl the Giant in Big Fish (LU Department of Theatre), and an upcoming role, Sketch in Hairspray (Pretty as a Penny Productions).

The most real thing of all, the only thing any of us wants, is to matter to somebody. To feel and share love, even on a friendship level or as deep as a romantic one. Who doesn’t want that?
